Pre/Post Natal Yoga Package
Includes regular weekly lessons tailored to your specific goals and symptoms before and after birth. Includes a 60 minute yoga class, optional hands on adjustments to help lengthen and create space, cold essential oil towels with every lesson, and pre natal and postpartum support tea.
